Shipping is done via a third party freight carrier. The table is strapped to wooden palettes, and then placed on the truck. Once the shipping company has the table, they will contact you to arrange a time when you can be home to accept delivery.

Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days from the point when the freight company takes possession of the piece, depending on your location and the time of the year.

Because the delivery company is a third party that is not owned by us, you will be responsible for unloading and moving the table into your home. This can generally be accomplished by one or two people depending on the size of the table. For larger pieces you may want to have three or more people to ensure that the table can be easily transported to its destination.

Our tables come with all necessary hardware for installation included. Whether you purchase a base from us, or buy a table top and use your own base, the process of installing the top should only take a few minutes, and will only require the insertion of a few screws.

When you receive the table please inspect it immediately for any damage. If there is damage to the product refuse the shipment, so that we can make a claim with the freight company, and get a replacement piece out to you as soon as possible.
