Policies and Returns

The tables offered on this website are hand crafted from real, mountain born pieces of natural stone. Each instance of this material is unique, with its own one of a kind patterns and colors, which form naturally in its surface during its development. This means that every single table top and base that we ship out is a one of a kind, and you will not find an exact replica of it anywhere else in the world.

Please be aware that since every stone creation is one of a kind, the product you receive will not look exactly like it does in the pictures on our site. However, our team of skilled artisans checks every single piece of stone before use, in order to ensure that only the most beautiful and high quality merchandise reaches our customers.

To get an accurate idea of what your product will look like, try to inspect as many pictures as you can, as we do our best to show the range of features in any single item. You may also purchase samples of any of the stones found in any of the tables from the individual product pages.

 

Damaged Items

Our tables ship via third party freight carriers. When the item arrives, it is up to the customer to carefully inspect both the item, and the packaging, before signing any paperwork to accept it. If there is any damage that can be seen, the item needs to be refused, and you should contact us immediately. We will handle filing a damage claim with the company, and send you a replacement piece.

 

Defective Items

If the product you receive is either incorrect, or defective in some way, you need to contact us within 10 days to get a Return Authorization Number. We will pay to have the product shipped back to our warehouse, and will have a replacement delivered to you right away.

 

Returns For Other Reasons

We custom build every natural stone table order that comes in to the exact specifications of the customer. If you are not pleased with the table you purchased, you can contact us to receive a return authorization number. You will then be responsible for shipping the item back to our location.

Once we receive the return, we will process it. If it is in pristine condition, we will then authorize a refund of the full price, minus shipping charges and a minimum 10% restocking fee, which may be greater depending on the condition of the item when it arrives.
